Character stats are already squished into smaller numbers which might be safer to understand. It is advisable to realize that this is not a nerf as enemies have been squished as well.
A new row of talents have been added for level 100, and new Draenor Perks from levels 91 to 99.
The Garrison is often a new feature available in Draenor, and make a base, recruit followers, and send them on missions.

Racial traits are already rebalanced making sure that all races have similar combat performance.

All classes also have several abilities pruned, having a give attention to redundant and fewer-used abilities, to reduce concerning button and keybind bloat.
How much crowd control hanging around (primarily PvP) have been drastically reduced. Many crowd-control abilities are removed, and several diminishing returns categories at the moment are merged together.
